In my function, I didn’t see any wave 2 jobs posted in San Ramon
@bz We are most likely going to hear when it’s reported in the news. That’s how we find out everything else.
@OP some of the San Ramon office will indeed close in July 2026. It makes sense, those in SR not selected in Phase 1 (or selected for temporary transition roles) will be off payroll by then and will no longer need office space. Those in SR that WERE selected for a new position have 1 year to move to Houston, so they also will no longer need office space in SR.
@c4 Ding ding ding!!! That’s exactly it. Except they don’t know just how stubborn I am when I set my mind to something. I ain’t leaving without my severance, come he-l or high water!
They want San Ramon employees to quit on their own after finding new jobs so the company doesn’t have to pay severance or relocation.
Probably found a new tenant to takeover lease
But seriously, what credible rumors have you freaks heard? Don’t hold back
@a7 - such a great comment!
This is what happens when you treat your employees with a complete and total lack of respect. Of course rumors are rampant, and who the he-l knows what is true! These corporate a--holes are forcing us to make life-altering decisions without providing crucial info like when the moves to Houston are going to happen. They can’t even be bothered to provide ballpark timing. The level of arrogance that this ELT has exhibited is beyond appalling.
so many rumors. In the absence of knowledge, the people fill in the void. That's how religions are made
Someone’s manager probably gave them some inside information and they are sharing it here
Bc they want you out ASAP
