@bt , scrapping the numerous L3 & L4’s would greatly reduce “cost”…far more than cutting a plethora of us “worker bees”.

I wonder where all of you (or the 1 or 2 of you that post over and over) work when you talk about all of this bloat. My team legit has more work than we can handle. I’m all for getting rid of people where there’s nothing to do. But to paint all organizations with that same broad brush isn’t realistic.

There is too much headcount at every level. It’s time to rightsize. Getting rid of all RTO noncompliers and virtuals should be a first pass.
