@h4 I'm surprised Krakow still lasts. All these senior leaders visits, bulls*it about growth and new roles. Time to look around folks...

Whatever changes come are already planned. Q1 results won’t have any impact to the plans.

is it true that S&T hubs in Europe will be significantly scaled down by end of Q1? Barcelona, Krakow? more roles moved to India?

This is a great time to reflect.

If you can answer “yes” to both of these questions, plan accordingly.
If you answer “yes” to just one, still plan.
If neither feels relatable, then you’re probably safe—for a few years, maybe even another decade.

  1. Have you ever seen someone you thought was very good at what they did suddenly go away one day?
  2. Have you ever observed politics dictate a decision over performance?

Network, prioritize work-life balance, stroke your manager’s ego at all costs, and do as little as possible.

@bs yup earnings early February already on calendar. Then reviews and need to cut roles.

Next up as everyone referencing can supply chain cost be cut combine Frito and Pepsi beverage in texas. Either way followed by more cuts in supply chain.

This time S&T will be hit hard, given the significant headcount expansion over the past five years and now that Athina has another toy to play with.

It will continue until the company split into three.

Pepsico and S&T are simply on a determined journey from bad to tragic!
I cant help but wonder if it is due to deliberate actions to sell off the company when it is undervalued and the stocks hit rock bottom! We passed levels when we could wonder is it due to incompetence of current failed leadership!

Yes, after Q1 results, annual reviews and bonuses confirmation! Big wave coming. This time not only in US locations. I’m hearing UK, Spain, Poland, some roles in Latin America

Seems more like late February or early March. Lots of states halted SNAP benefits for fatty snacks and sugary sodas for the new year. Made poor people too fat and causing health care issues on the back side. A bad mix with minimal profits for these manufacturers. Hear me now and believe me later. #timesup

This Would Make Sense. After Q1 2026 earnings announcement. I think the global corporate role renaming from fall 2025 will Result In OffShoring and/or duplicate role cuts. Very Specific S&T roles were grouped into More General Roles. Campus hires happening in much higher headcounts at ICC than Purchase (“global HQ”). The Labor is Cheaper overseas, and the stock is almost Flat Over the last 5 years.
