For those working in tech, does anyone have the inside scoop of what changes are on the horizon? I heard they are cracking down on being in the office X amount of hours per day, new desks are being built on the tech floors, lots of leadership has left and the ones who have remained some have been shuffled around.

How is time in office tracked and how often is it looked at?
@bq I was answering someone's question. I never said the 4 hour requirement was hard. I was asking if there were any other upcoming changes to be looking out for.

I've been told we have to be in the office at least 4 hours per work day in order to meet the in office requirement.
What's meant by "X-amount of hours"? Do you mean, "less than acceptable/expected"?
