Stress is everywhere, causing good people to leave in droves. The management is offering zero support through it all, and only makes things worse in the majority of cases. Some days it feels like just surviving the day is all you can do - and that's really not what a job should feel like.

Working as designed so you quit and it costs the company nothing
@OP This was a wonderful job for years! Landmark/Prospero work family was wonderful. The last 6mo has brought a toxic environment, stress, nobody seems to be running the place like they have any sense. Its all so sad.

Misery is optional. Get out before it consumes you.
