Since three reorgs ago. Oh well, not that I care if any work is being done.

@e3 I think you nailed it! IB is totally next in line and honestly is a man with morals and integrity. Those are values that a CSO should embody. Instead we have a man that lacks any morals ensuring the safety and security of our company. Terrifying! He should have been gone by now just based on one complaint that he was investigated for. Not to mention others that were just filed away like they never happened. Not to mention the inappropriate relationship he has with SBS and BJ now. He’s is as protected as the millions of dollars that he let JJ spend on those granola barst! How about we ask the BOD why Resilience was allowed to waste all of that money? I mean JM did approve all of those purchases right? He’s so trustworthy and capable of making decisions that are in the best interest of the company.? Right?

@bp IB and integrity in the same sentence? LOL. What a joke! The entire LT is rotten and quite a bit of their next click down. You become the company you keep and this org is run by a bunch of losers. Get out before you become one!

@bp 100% agree. So many open secrets in Resilience about how backwards the org is being run. Everyone knows IB is in line for CSO. For years everyone has been silently instructed to ignore JMs…inappropriate favoritism. There is no accountability or repercussions. How about the next layoff silently shuffles him out the door and moves IB into place. Shift BC to that other risk and audit team (cut JJ, that granola bars scandal you referenced was absolutely insane…total misuse of company funds), move investigations to employee relations, disperse the NIC into teams that need embedded analysts (cut their Senior Dir), disperse RPO headcount to remaining teams (cut SBS). Just my opinion.

@ba AMEN! That’s how desperate JM is. He’s drumming up work from other teams so that the NIC has work. Just another worthless team that doesn’t add any value. SBS has several of her team members doing the work for that project. So she must really need those resources. I have an idea - send them to go work for those teams. Security does everything that the NIC does. We have people working for SBS that support this work for the NIC. Again - she’s desperate to make her team seem valuable. It’s a joke and most teams have banned together and won’t use her team just because they can see through her motive. If we have to beg to work for others outside of Resilience team doesn’t that say everything? Not to mention Business Continuity. What do they do? Waste money buying granola bars that has to be trashed. We all know that they exist because JJ has dirt on JM. He can’t get rid of her and a few others so he supports the unethical spending of money for worthless consultants that aren’t producing anything. I would say that JM is wasting Nikes money. The CSO is too focused on his next fling (IYKYK) to recognize what’s going on. Nobody respects him - let him go already. IB could run the entire Org with integrity and make a real difference. That’s what’s Nike needs.

@ac Add the N.I.C to the list of teams that are no longer business critical. They’ve invented all this flashy work for teams outside of Resilience. Such a sham. Get back to supporting our org or move the headcount to teams doing real work.

Not OP, but any job that if the team went away, it would fu-k over the company or it's employees. People like the ones running the networks, processing payroll, processing b2b orders. 90% of the company could be let go and if it was the right 90%, the company could continue to function, at least for a while.

@OP define critical. In our team critical is a term known as “who is trying to build their empire” and not about what roles actually add value. Get rid of the people that create fake work and you can stop laying people off. If teams can do more with less then certain people (SBS) wouldn’t be in a role that she isn’t qualified for - leading work that creates work for teams like mine that actually have REAL work to do.
