@f0 there’s about 3 reps on my team that already said they are taking package . No one is going to take the TMS position . Ain’t no way . So either take the tms position. Step down to an order writer or take the package ?yeah reps are not going to step down to order writers. Order writers are going to want more pay as well . Good luck retaining employees with this new change . I myself am walking out . Just staying to use up all my sick days and PTO then bye ✌️

@ek this company will go down the drain . Having order writers doing all the orders. There’s only about 1-2 food order writers on my team the rest are complete mo--ns who don’t know and don’t even care . Get ready for basic small minimum loads . Company is going to looose so much money into it eventually crashes and everyone is let go . Headed the same way as Keebler . This will not work at all .
This happens right before the holidays so when sh-t hits the fan then can go back to key stake holders and be like this is why. Jon will be out of here just like Andy in a year and a half

This doesn’t make sense. New areas, new or different people not familiar with the stores. Pushed orders, overwhelmed employees and
always time restrictions.
@d3 The timing couldn't be better. Get to spend the holidays with the family. I'm already laughing at the thought of all the lazy, inexperienced, new people that will be working. They won't know what to do with the ridiculous amount of nos that get sent in, nor will they care. Also, he mentioned candy and cliff bars on the call. No thank you...
Great timing! Going into the busiest season including Thanksgiving and Christmas. Who reorganizes in the 4th quarter!!!! Another great idea from above. Just keeps getting more comical
@cf so true my team had 4 experienced reps take package were happy as a pig in po-p,! Some that didnt wish they did
@c8 TCA is a the new name for SA Territory coverage associate same job but your direct report is DM he will assign you then RtM will put you on schedule

Any idea what a TCA is?
I'm in the Great Lakes region and the call was the RTM call. Cold as ice on the call and not much information as usual. The email you get tells you you don't have a job with MDLZ and thank you for your work. Then gives you so links and information about moving on.
The last sentence is BTW you'll be contacted about positions you can apply for.
Just a reminder that they could care less about any of their employees.
Now go hit that objective!!!
The worst part is that we lose good people every time we do this. Then we can't find quality employees to do the job or ones that don't stick around.
I was hoping to work for them for about 8 years or so but there's no trust or loyalty at all to us so they shouldn't expect it back from their employees
I retired 3 years ago at 60. Haven’t regretted it for one minute. RTM Lol. Didn’t work 20 years ago, won’t work now
Take the buyout if you can. RTM position is a joke. No OT pay and when FTOW or PT quits it's up to you to cover their absence. I was a RTM and HATED every minute of it. Cut your hours, your CPC is not high enough, your DMI is way to low, your not using your pitcher app enough etc etc. Then stores are calling because they need extra service, FTOW didn't work backstock, no one has showed up etc etc. It is a nightmare every single day. I finally said I'm done and retired early.

Take the severance and collect 6 months. This was my biggest mistake in 20 plus years. The job is terrible.

@bv yes you will be offered a severance package plus you can file for unemployment based on your state. You can apply for RTM position to see if you asre unlucky to get position
salary grade for rms remains at 7 but for the rest of the country that’s gone ibe seen it at 6
What did they say the salary grade for rtms is?

@OP this was same call they did in North Atlantic region told us we were all let go so my guess you will be getting a email telling you you were let go effective end of next month. Then you will get email for positions less 1 or 2 that will be held for RMS that are getting pushed down to RTM. Then HR will send you email letting you know what territories are available with a geographic area from where you live 40 miles in each direction you will also be offered a severance package- FTOW's will also be told they will be reassigned to new territories based on there they live Really think about applying for new position and multiple areas you may not like where you land

Definitely a Quarter push call. Probably offering a bigger incentive if you hit quarter or something.
