We are being forced to work 4 extra hours a week of OT. Thoughts?

@xq As a SNP CM, I did not get a raise this year, and my AIP bonus was practically non existent. It was added to my regular hourly paycheck and with the mandatory OT, after taxes and deductions, I almost just got half of my total payment. So disappointed. I am actively looking for another job.
Here are a few thoughts. The CMS audit is coming up and it will be a miracle if we pass. Pushing hundreds of new nurses and Sagility through minimal training and watching them make documentation mistakes daily is bad enough. Now employees are being forced to work overtime to clean up this mess. Once everyone finds out there will be no raises this year, I expect many will quit. So much for loyalty to the company. Loyalty gets you lower pay than a new hire.
This job has just about stomped my soul to death. Finding a new job is much easier said than done. Mandatory OT and no raise this year are the straws breaking this camel’s back. Despair.
Stockholder meeting is set for Feb 11th. How covenant the this OT doesn't start until Feb 16th. Is it just to have something to try and show off newly members needed calls that really are not there? MANDATORY OT for "all" for 330,000 new members "letter" to try and show off something truly not there. Just a thought
@bj or maybe the people that are quitting!
Why is there a need for overtime? Is it something to do with newly enrolled members at the start of the year?
$$$ in my pocket. that’s my thoughts.
@as anyone who gets AIP is not getting a raise. I don't know where SNP falls Aip or not. Leaders found out last Friday in Jim's leadership town hall that wasn't recorded.
@as they will give you the news before long. Leadership already knows.
I'm just at a loss.
@a2 when were you told SNP isn’t getting raises? I’ve heard chatter but no official update from Humana or even any mention of it. At least on my team.
The response we received....we should just be grateful we have a job. " most jobs don't give bonuses or merit increase or is generous with SO many holidays and PTO off". we will be put on performance improvement plan if we aren't able to implement and then could get fired.
Im putting in my 2 weeks. Im not a slave. There are better options out there. This was such a slap in the face after we were told we arent getting raises either. Oh and higher insurance premiums and decreased 401k.
