Is it more effective to answer the TTUS survey or to skip it altogether?
Also, they say the survey is confidential, but they never say it is anonymous, which makes me less likely to want to tell them what I truly think.

I discourage anybody that would give a negative response to skip the survey. Managers say that they want to know what needs to be improved but that is baloney. I've had a conversation with a manager and I pointed out what could be improved in a tactful manner. The manager verbally attacked me. The company is a GD loony bin. Managers can be vindictive for years. Shut up and collect your check.
Boycotting. They only make changes for the worse and it’s gotten so bad I don't recognize this company.
@be but what if your leader IS the problem?!
I'll still fill it out because my leader is a real one and I want them to get that credit. I just rate the questions around MCs really low just so they know that they su-k.
Skip it, all they care about is percentage participation and they never implement changes based on th results. That's why the remote WFH HR rep just told everyone to be in the office a minimum of 8 hours a day. 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
@OP I’m having this exact dilemma this week. I went in to review the questions wondering if that would help my decision and it doesn’t. I can tell you for the first time in my 15+ years my answers have drastically changed.
For the first time in my 13 years with US Bank. I will not be completing the talk to us survey. I'm in disbelief over the direction the company seems to be headed. My opinions, in my opinion, won't change anything. I wish I didn't feel this way.
I understand the risk but I still think filling them out is the better option. I really doubt they're using the TTU survey to cull discontents. If that got out nobody would ever trust them again and the utility of those things would be absolutely zero, not just the current "meh."
