@br you are correct. Non-hubbers in Corp Risk will all be gone by mid year. They have been gutting 2LOD and moving a lot of traditional 2LOD responsibilities to the 1LOD. Conduct Risk was already impacted. People thinking Corp Risk is out of scope are trolls or fools or both.
Not sure why ppl are trolling corporate risk but I know two ppl laid off today. Utah and Maryland non core locations. DF clearly said it’s wrapping up this year in last town hall.
I finally got the call this morning. It’s a relief tbh. The work environment was extremely toxic. The way mgmt talks to employees is disrespectful and disgusting. I worked in home lending under what’s formerly known as home lending shared services. To my knowledge there were at least 4 of us in my group which had 40 people. I wasn’t shocked. Of the 4 of us let go, 3 of us were mapped over and never given a fair chance. All 3 of us received notice today, all were in core locations. To those who received notice today, this is not the end. You will land on your feet. To those left behind, good luck.
