@ba this is perhaps one of the more wholesome and helpful posts on this board. Shoutout to you anonymous stranger! I highly agree tho, I had the opportunity to leave about 5 months ago and its a breath of fresh air after Fiserv. There will be issues at every company, but you gotta ask yourself: what are you willing to tolerate. Between the RTO, Sapience, incompetent management and Frankie and his c-suite goons, everyone's endured a lot. Keep faith in yourself that you WILL see this thru, because you will! It su-ks being a FiServant but remember that this job (nor any other) should make it feel like the only way out is in a box.
