Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

My manager joined the strike

Finally our Networks manager has listened and agreed that this company will just keep shafting, delaying pay awards then will make excuses at the end.

His seen his colleagues wfrd in the last year, now his joining the engineers, his offered us free time off whenever we need. If you can't beat them join them. Other colleagues we request you join us, bring this $hit place to a halt.

I'm Networks and can tell you we haven't been doing much and will continue that way. We might be the better paid employees in DXC but we haven't received many rises since coming back from AT&T. Nothing will change in 2026 so the strike will continue, you can do what you want.

@bd are you a 2 year old crying I didn’t get what I want ! Don’t like then find a new employer, you all are such little babies.

I worked at CSC and DXC and got fed up and left after 13 years with 1 pay increase of $900 and one at $3,000.00. Made about $96,000.00 at the end.

My new job has more vacation pay

4 pay increases in 3 years , Health insurance so you can get out if your really that upset

There was NEVER a strike ,maybe you call a strike a slow down but Network support couldn’t get any slower than it was already, so no one noticed

Everyone calling people crybabies are the overpaid managers. No need to announce it that you are on a strike. Let them figure it out. Spend time with family, exercise and look for a job. Do NOT quit in anger. But also don't just wait for a payout you won't get more than a few weeks or a month. Leave on your own terms and enjoy the ride. You have earned it

@bc Networks aren’t on strike , I was on a 3 day SRT with networks taking the lead for our customer.

If they are really on strike then make it public , post on social media , Linkedin and make it public.

You all are bunch of cry babies that don’t do sh-t and blame the company for
not giving you more money. If you had 1/2 a brain you would find a new employer!

@fh+1kbgwjjce i have taken your advice and walked away, you said people get paid a days pay for a days work.

We at DxC dont are underpaid, so thanks to your advice i have joined Networks, i am going to do nothing.

You are good motivator.

@bd You can and should walk away now so the company can get back on track with people who do a days work for a days pay. Don't like conditions then LEAVE ALREADY WE DON'T WANT YOU!

I tried doing something useful. I felt it was just thrown in my face. Everything else is blocked. Have officially given up for Christmas early. Won't be delivering anything else this year now. Can make a few excuses and all forgotten with 2 weeks off.

My manager told the Ragone email about pay is just lies. They dont intend on paying, if they did they would have dome so. They have given no reason for the postponement.

He said just do the same, do nothing.

@cf+1kbgwjjce get a life, your just another aarse li---r, if DXC have projects to finish they should pay people a fair pay.

To have leaders like in Networks is a sign of true leadership and direction, instead of those who bend over and never stand up, and never communicate the wrongs of thiers leaders above them.

Things need to change in DXC, it can't continue like this every year.

Well done Networks, i think its because you guys left for a while at AT&T you have a different perspective, annual merit cycles without fail, getting raises. Its good to see the Management also supporting you.

In Delivery our managers are wimps and yes men.

@b9 Stop defending this company. People like you are the reason nobody gets a pay rise, and why DXC is on its last legs. If the company paid a fair and balanced wage, staff wouldn’t feel the way they do. We’ve all been lied to for years, why work. It makes no difference!

You keep clapping along thinking you’re doing a great job, but it’s obvious you’re one of those clueless types who spend days on pointless calls discussing things that someone who actually knows what they’re doing could sort in an hour—if they felt remotely rewarded for it.

At this rate, I honestly hope the company goes under before the end of the year so we can all walk away.

I admire Networks, they take the lead, to realise DXC will always take from you.

I wish my Manager would do the same.

You all should be fired for cause, if you are actually striking!

My managers in the 14 years I've been at DXC always have given me time off when I asked for it and most of it wasn't recorded on the books unless it was a real vacation, so your network manager isn't doing you any favors.

You are paid a salary, so be professional and do your job to the best of your ability. If you don't like how your treated by the company then grow up and get your CV/Resume out and change employers.

You all are such little cry babies !
