@OP do it! Protest no raises for years (who even does that with good performance), morale, being a slave to them, lied to, bully behaviour from some management, being expected to work on your pto and now no PINS!!!!!

Of course the teacher's pets won't as they couldn't face their managers the next day but what are they gonna do. They still need "some" staff.
