@b2 Nobody has the real answer. The answer will be developed when, months from now, a minimum daily threshold that knocks the correct percentage of the population out of compliance when applied retroactively is developed. If HR tells you that now the criteria is 4, DO NOT TRUST THEM. It can and will change at Elcio and Gunjan's whim. And they WILL retroactively apply it. Whatever causes the story to work for them when firing people for non compliance is what they will implement.
