To the HR and/or legal representatives assigned to monitor this thread...maybe float the idea of an early retirement package option. For example, offer 5 years of age and tenure in exchange for early retirement. I wager you'd get a few takers and thus reduce the burden of another involuntary force reduction.

@a6x pretty sure they are talking about the manufacturing VP who worked at TOTAL and is rumored to have been caught in a “Coldplay concert” position with the HR VP at a CPChem company event.
@a3r who is the total reject? I can think of a couple
I can think of a lot more things I’d like them to see when they monitor this thread. It is deserved they see the final rumors about how the head of the dept moved up. It is deserved they see how that everyone knows the B head of complaints made hare brained decisions that cost several of her fellow HR people jobs in the past. The magnitude of how utterly inept this leadership is from operations to HR is one for the record books.
They brought over the TOTAL reject and he brought his TOTAL reject friends while seducing HR.
Then committed to projects that were never going to be profitable.
why would they spend that kind of money when a straight up layoff is much cheaper. they didn't offer early retirement last year when I got "got". Allison specifically told me the didn't want to offer early retirement.
@b0 More Details… EIP %? Leadership change? Performance ranking?
@OP forced ranking coming
