I have A LOT to say. Could write a book. Haven't done one in the last 5 years or so, or even remember when the last one was, but this time around there is no holding back. Hoping it's coming soon.

tired of working with so many minorities. go back to where you came from.
They never act on what is said to them during the survey. I was pretty honest on mine and did Loudspeaker and still here.
@az I've voiced my mind plenty over the years and I'm still here. Being honest on a survey isn't going to get you terminated unless you have other reasons why they want to get rid of you.
I used to really make an effort to provide detailed feedback with examples and ideas to consider to improve. All that did was land in the lap of my team to try to resolve the many deficiencies of the OC. Plus my low marks were used to judge my leaders when they had nothing to do with the problems I was commenting on. Now, it’s all 5’s with no comments. They never change anything anyway and then have the ba--s to lie to our faces about how great it is to work here.
Didn't they use this survey last year to get on Linkedin's best Bank to work at?
They know who completed every single survey. They often force people to complete it to avoid bad team metrics. If you want severance, that is your chance to ask for it, in a roundabout yet sensibly polite way. If you would rather not get laid off at this moment, give them all As. It would be interesting to see every single response come in at 100% As — as a form of mocking and resisting this corporatist politburo. But I doubt they would care. The survey does not matter. No one is listening.
I was raised that if you don't have anything good to say then don't say anything at all. I would love to see the actual numbers because they seem to spin it. regardless of what is indicated in the survey of more people took it than last year they will just say engagement is up and spin that as the positive.
Eh. Pointless. But you do you.
I completed the employee survey and let them have it. I was then the recipient of a severance package. It is all good, because I wanted one.
Just know that if you let it rip, you will find yourself on the list.
Everything you complain about will become your problem to solve.
The only winning move, is not to play the game.
The entire employee population could provide candid feedback and tank every single question and would not make one bit a difference.
Didn't you even read last year's summary? They cooked the books a wrote romance novel.
Ha...like that's going to lead to anything. Might as well just write it down in your journal
Doesn’t matter. They won’t take any action on anything employees actually care about
Aware they are not anonymous. That is fine. Have spoken my mind on them before, but am overdue especially with all going on right now for RTO. Management has to get called out by someone.
Everything you say can and WILL be used against us. There is no possible upside to doing the survey. Low response rates are the only thing that annoys them. You know what to do.
Just remember they aren't anonymous and there won't be a golden parachute severance if you cross the line.
