@105 by distributed do you mean granted or vested?
Did some research and apparently 30 million restricted stock units (RSUs) were granted to Oracle employees during the last fiscal year FY25! Can you believe this? Who here received these RSU’s or are they only going to the greedy top layers?

Probably all executive level I suppose. Shrug.
@ck That is interesting as from what we have heard here the little people who get RSU's have them awarded in September. Not sure who was getting them awarded in Q1, except for upper management. Or perhaps OCI people were getting them on a different schedule?
As for stock options, my understanding is that only the big boys and girls are awarded those.
Quarterly report said 2 million RSU and 1 million stock options were given out last quarter and 11 million were clawed back. Don’t know if it’s all execs or new hires or who are the lucky ones.
No Raise. Limited RSU ( capped 50% of org ) . Could be ORG dependant.
@OP Nobody in my reporting structure has mentioned anything about it.
