Thread regarding Fidelity National Information Services Inc. layoffs

Why was the earnings call pushed out?

Any ideas?
Or am I just starting to see issues everywhere?

@ay also what I've heard. New board member added recently - from a tech company. Supposedly SF 's replacement to be announced.

It was definitely scheduled for the 10th, I looked at it yesterday. I don’t know at what point they decided to push it out, but it was definitely rescheduled last minute.

@br true, it's not rescheduled, just scheduled late in the month. I think this is the latest in the 2nd month of a quarter?

Never saw it announced for the 10th. Some financial news sites like Yahoo and Fidelity will often insert estimated dates before a reporting date is announced.

something similar happened at a fintech company in wakefield, ma. they were supposed to do a quarterly in jul 2023 that got pushed out all the way to jan 2024 and then a rif took place a month later

Stephanie’s departure may be announced prior to the call. Which would make sense as if it’s a bad call, shareholders will feel better knowing she’s leaving. Or it’s a good call, her leaving + good earnings will be a share price rally.
