My supervisor asked in our team chat if any of us were located within 50 miles of Orlando. Does that mean we’re either going to get let go or asked to go back in office?

what group are you in, in the Orlando area?
Possibly return to office. In general, for job elimination discussions they won't ask you into the office, they'd have that discussion in Webex/Teams if you're already working remotely.
