My account manager told us a new round of wfrs are coming down the pipe. I wish our shared service manager would stop being such a brown noser and stand up for his people. You no who you are and thanks for telling me abut this site

They don’t care and if you’re not a favorite of upper leadership or have your immediate leader fighting for you while they honestly trying to stay safe themselves, consider yourself WFR. They do not care or have a real justification to their decisions.
is this the louisiana account?
This is normal operating procedure for Gainwell. These happen every month.
I’m not sure why anyone puts up with it.
Why stay there? It is a terrible company.
@OP There were apparently some WFRs last week. I suspect we will continue to experience them at a trickle each week/month.
@av+1khptc9tm if I am not a manager, NO WAY would I be making those decisions. "Above my pay grade." I would not want it on my conscience.
I think there's a round every month, in small numbers.
Why put up with it at all?
Just leave. Find a new job and leave.
My manager told me to pick 2 people to wfr. I’m not even in management and don’t need this stress. Worst part is i have to choose between friends.
