I didn’t have a meeting with my manager regarding my bonus or merit increase, and I was wondering if anyone knows when the deadline is for those discussions. Will a compensation statement still be released if there was no bonus or merit increase? I found this a bit surprising, as my year-end review was “Meets Expectations” and the feedback throughout the year was very positive.

@aq hey dipsh-t. You have no clue why they didnt meet. I didnt with half mine because someone above me and hr altered and falsified ratings to mark them down. Then snatched their merit out of nowhere. Im not telling them this since hr needs to say wtf happened and why. So maybe know facts before shooting off and that stupid mouth of yours
Your manager missed the deadline. Typical spineless BNY Manager. I’d get the he-l away from reporting to this je-k of a manager regardless whether you receive a bonus or not. Most likely you won’t receive one - let us know.
The time frame mgrs got was 1/14 to 1/16 per the email that went out
Documents get auto-released on January 22. If your manager didn’t talk to you by then the document will tell the story.
