Fill it out. If the only people that are filling it out are brown nosers, that explains a whole fu--ing lot.

I quit filling it out a year ago and I’m a manager.

They only care about the number of people filling them out.

Seems to me that if they tracked who gave what results in the TTUS, if someone did respond with real answers and then got laid off or let go, that would seem like retaliation?

I gave a super candid response last time with written comments. This time, it was the disagree/agree responses only.

@an I agree. I can't feed my family on my manager's sense of decency if there's no tangible action to accompany it.

1000% agreement, don't fill it out.

Don’t fill it out. It’s definitely tracked. If everyone did that, they may finally understand the rampant distrust of employees. Maybe…

Don’t do it. They only care about participation numbers and call it employee engagement. Don’t give them the satisfaction of treating you like just another number yet again.

I just saw the email for it. I noticed it's not longer "anonymous" and its now "confidential." At least theyre not lying about it anymore

The thing is, it’s the managers over our direct managers that are the problem.

My direct manager was livid over how they handled comp this year. Their hands were tied.

It’s 15+ that have forgotten names and assigned us all numbers.

@ar most all of us complained about that and pushed back as much as we could. It’s not like middle managers have any power to change it either. There are still a lot of managers that care about their people and want to see them succeed and be paid.

@an yes, they did. Because they're a decent human being. They were UNHAPPY with the lack of justification for the bonuses that didn't hit target because there was no justification. On top of the late move of the goal posts that excluded a lot of my peers from getting raised because they're remote.

Not every manager su-ks.

@ab Did your manager give you the same consideration when the MC cut or refused merit increases for your group?

No, hit delete and move on with your life. It’s useless just like the MC.

The only reason I take them is to prevent my own manager from getting heat for lack of engagement.

I temper my expectations because they don't listen or do anything. I'm sure with the lack of merits, lack of fully funded the scores are going to tank again. If they cared they'd have done something about it when RTO and GK's tactless behavior tanked them this time last year.

Have you filled them out before? Were any changes made, reflective of your feedback?

Don't expect anything different this go-round.
