From experience, little progress has been made with the consent order, and the problems still exist, but they are covering a lot of the issues up and probably have insiders from the regulators helping. Why do you think the Kathleen Martin lawsuit was settled out of court? Settlements require signing a confidentiality agreement, which means she likely had proof that false progress reported was in fact given to the OCC. If this went to trial, the truth would be public record. Also, they lie about the attrition rates and only report voluntary leavers, not the ones laid off. But hey, welcome to corporate America and a government that doesn’t care about people. At least India and other low cost regions are happy with the offshoring from US to fuel their economies. I’m sure the same BS is going on in similar big US corporations. It’s unfortunate, but what can we really expect? Making America job market great again LOL

I don't disagree that there are layoffs. But no way the number is 15%. It's just not possible. And 35% is roughly 70k people. Where are you getting these volumes?
