If results are good, they will layoff after a week so more stock price will up. If results bad they can fire on Monday. But oim request revocation far fetched

Can confirm when I was laid off by Oracle 6 months ago, it was a phone call from my director.
The list is not at all finalized.

@a8 They could be moved to garden leave while absent and get the bad news upon their return.
@ak Many are given the bad news in a Zoom session, not on the phone.
Why would anyone engage with someone that can't even get their basic grammar right? This person knows nothing.
@ak what about people out of the country with their phone turned off?
@a8 Based on the Sept FAQs leaked, they are supposed to be called on their cellphones, state that it's a matter of extreme importance and lay them off on the phone.
A lot of people are on PTO the next two weeks with spring break. How will they be notified. I don't take my devices on vacation.
