Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

@fq Bruh, the method is badge in 11 times per month and poof your score pops out at 100%. If you badge in 10 days your score is 10/11, etc. There is nothing more to it than that. If you take vaca or sick, that's an explainable reason why you didn't hit 11.

To those of you wanting to have PTO incorporated in this, you are overthinking it. I've been told countless times from different management levels that the 11 days takes some of the days into account, like holidays. Otherwise the number would be 12 or more. There is no expectation that you get 11 days every month of the year. Management realizes that people take 5 day, 10 day, or even longer vacation. If your report shows 50% two months of the 12 month year, no one should care. Where you'll get in trouble is consistently missing the mark by a wide margin, month after month. If your manage tells you otherwise that person hates you or is is being an a--hat.

If they are going to use this against us in performance reviews and compensation or disciplinary action they need to document and publish their methods and apply them consistently...wouldnt want them being discriminatory

The dashboard currently isn't working for me. Maybe it's down again

@dd thank you ! I don't suppose they're ever going to actually give us formal guidance on how they're tracking this. That would be a miracle.

I was able to pull my data and I can tell from the months where my attendance is lighter is they are not giving you any credit when you take a vacation day .

@c1 you are incorrect. You just need to meet 11 days a month as of now. Your manager probably hates you and tou sound like an azzhole.

@ak wrong it’s both 11 days a month and 3 days a week that’s why they stress 3 or more days a week. When you have a month with a week of vacation you need to get those 3 days in on the weeks you are working. I know I was put on a Needs Improvement due to only doing one and not the other.

@a5 Do you have direct reports? Otherwise it’s not available to you. Or at least that’s what mgrs have been told.

@ap the location listed on the report is your assigned building. Not where the swipe was

I can confirm that it will take anywhere your badge is swiped. I spent November and December going between 2 building and it got my number 100% correct. It might have a location next to the number but it is not only taking swipes from the one location.

100% is based off 11 days a month not 3 days a week. Manager here

On the "In Office 3+" column it shows 100% even if you went in for 12 days in a month which is fun. My manager showed me a chart that had a figure above 100% so this is not the identical chart that they see.

  1. It pulls from anywhere you had a badge swipe. I had multiple locations in December and they all tracked

  2. There was a known issue of not a consistent process of PTO in 2025. That is being addressed and fixed this year.

Does not take into account PTO. I believe it also only pulls in data from the hub you are assigned to
