It’s efficient for other readers to have one source of information rather than checking multiple ones. Less clicks, understand?

Automation and AI make tasks faster, so more time for an educated person to do other things while their tools work. More time for me, understand?

You can't replace field operations with overseas personnel. It will likely be safe unless they turn it all contract, but even then you still have a job.

RF manager, gone. 1 FOPS manager gone. Most of our switch personnel, gone. Seems more and more like we are going with the Sprint model, that worked so well for Sprint.

@aa you must’ve been one of the ones they let go cause you sound salty as he-l. Just keep going and don’t worry about the scrolling. Making my point for me:

“You can just scroll…”, exactly and they would have seen the other thread. There’s no excuse for technologic ignorance considering where we work and the fact that the knew enough to make a thread.

“…all going through this…” - So, we should collectively focus and not make people check between two threads when they’re already stressed trying to keep track of info.
