Lexmark to take over and Webster will continue to shrink.
I agree that the message appears to be that we will reduce down all Webster engineering until there is nothing left but toner plant and toner design. What is disappointing, is that it didn't need to be that way. Lex could have made an effort to make it appear that there was more stability. So either they don't care (which tells you something about character), or they are incompetent (which tells you something about their ability to execute). Neither are good looks. If you are a Lexmark employee do you see the same patterns from your neck of the woods? Or do you believe we are just griping?

MK had always advocated to keep engineering in Webster. With the changing of the guard complete, the future of the Webster campus is bleaker than ever.

Removing MK is confirmation that the end of Xerox as we knew it is immenite.
@at I think posts get removed if people's names are used. MK was the leader of the engineering org in Webster. He formerly led the Xerox controller development team before being down-roled to solutions and services software and now out the door.
I don't know who MK is.
Can we not just say the name here? All these abbreviations are useless depending on what department you are in. Not everyone knows the names of these fugazi jagbags
