Oh right, because there aren’t that many different options out there. They’ve cornered us into putting up with absurd levels of bullying, pressure, overtime, and exhaustion, while the only payoff is the chance we might get to keep our jobs. Just might. This is a sc--wed-up system, and State Farm has turned it into an art form.

@ae thats not how the pension fund works. If you dont get pension you have an enhanced 401k, maybe they should cancel that then too right? The pension fund is in an investment all on its own. The market gains alone pay for it now.
They get a pension. Old timers are hanging on for that. Knowing they will get a pay check from State Farm for 30 plus years after they retire. Thank the policy holders rate increases for that
Yes, they have! It is what evil soulless people do that are consumed by greed and immorality! Oldest story in the book and has been going on for countless eons. State Farm is falling to the bottom and nothing can stop it. SF went woke and they do not have enough morality left or foresight to reverse. Agents should have been gone two decades ago, the hubs are monuments to a failed CEOs ego, and the business model is designed to punish the best of us. It will hurt a lot of good people but the quicker places like State Farm go out of business, the better the world will become.
