Every morning I wonder if today is the day they decide I am out. Leadership flips on people without warning and I have seen it happen too many times. The rules change weekly, nothing is written down, and I get blamed for not reading minds. I am running on empty and too scared to speak up because anyone who complains disappears. This crew has cycled through everyone multiple times since I started. They call it natural turnover but it looks much more like a sla-ghter to me.

Matthew 11:28-30-Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
There are many of you who cry out about the problems you have in your lives. Financial, relationship, emotional, etc. I would ask you how many of you bring those problems to our Lord and Savior Jesus like He asks us to do?
John 14:14
If you ask Me anything in My name, I will do it.
Anything. Anything in His name. Who are we to doubt Him? You may say to yourselves that you don't know Him or He isn't with you.
Rev 3:20
Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if any one hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will dine with him, and he with Me.
He will come to you freely. It's up to you to let Him in.

confess Jesus as Lord…For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in Him will not be disappointed”…the same Lord is Lord of all, abounding in riches for all who call upon Him; for “Whoever will call upon the name of the Lord will be saved.
Anyone can come to Him. He shows no partiality. So those of you who are having any issues. Any at all. Please remember we have a Lord that cares about us more than anything.

Word of advice:
- If you need the extra money from the severance, stay around but stop stressing about it.
- If you don't need the money, just quit.

Dell is a nightmare and we're all stuck in it.
That’s why I use the auto transcribe feature on Zoom calls. Even in 1x1 meetings, especially in 1x1. Even though my manager is in the building, my manager says, Zoom is more efficient that going to an office or conference room.
I have a hard to deny record with these tools.
