@ez marketing was already impacted 1/29.
@be+1kga7zfem People in the case manger meeting said there will be another round of layoffs and it’s mostly for IT, Marketing, and data.
I give you a clue, the closer you are to sales "The money maker" the less you are going to be touched. Nurses, other departments that do not make money, are at high risk, including IT. Data and Marketing are the money creator if they get cut, it is minimal.
We heard there may be a new CIO coming. Like adding a layer above DP. Sort of like the role Noelle had. Too late for this round. This layoff will ki-l the last US technical talent. All the good ones are leaving. I dont plan to train my replacement. You shouldnt either.
IT was hit during this round and told more to come in February.

Most likely IT is scheduled for February. Give a little bit more time for HIH to catch up
No IT layoffs in our team, but business got impacted
