Has there been any discussion on how long this designation will last and if all people outside hubs need to move or just where offices are closed? This puts people with that status in limbo prolonging the decision.

Our team is in Atlanta. Half work from home full-time. The bulk of the work is done by those in the office. One lady quit near the end of July and cited the disparity. Customers have complained about missed target dates. No one seems to care enough to address the problem this has created.
There are many FTO, CC in limbo as they know their sites are closing but have not gotten any updates from their management about relocation versus severance.
Why are we worried about our peers who got lucky and not the leadership failures in RTO? They want us to turn on each other.
FOW status, Future Office Worker, are the ones in limbo. It’s supposed to be temporary until a move to a tbd hub. NVW is not a temporary status. Status can change at any time for anyone.

Perfectly fine being in “limbo” and going to the office 100 miles away once a month.
At my “stage of life”, will also be fine being laid off and getting my severance, if and when that happens.
Worry about yourself. I’ll be ok.
“ All of them were teachers pets in our group“
Imagine how bad this person is at their job.
There was a LOT of these in the Torretta org and their managers made up excuses as to why they should stay VO. All of them were teachers pets in our group. Nothing will change, they all will stay where they are until this blows over.
We also don’t get the same salaries nor do the same work.
By now these are “exceptions” granted by the managers and approved by VP.
The RTO rule, again, one more time, is not for all employees 🙄 why is this so hard to swallow? We are not treated equally.
Yes. They need to pack their yugo's and go.
Yes, the discussion was had between those tagged as NVW and their supervisors but not with you.
