It wouldn’t shock me at all if people got cut just days before either holiday, which would be the cruelest timing imaginable.

I don’t know about layoffs but I plan on stuffing that turkey.
@eq not trolling this is the correct date for those under Caleb D that were given pre notification last week. I know as I have 8 impacted in my group
@eq
Miss, I double checked and you’re wrong
Do you get a prorated bonus payout if you are laid off?
Not me. I'm union and it's too late for this quarter.
The is a norm for T to layoff at the end of the year, this happens every year at T.
If you haven’t realized this, you must be new.
If your "management" every day could be your last!!
The stooges the lead us can pick any day to do you any way they want!!
If your bargained for then you don't have to take it in the rear whenever management feels like giving it to you!
For us you should know the next day is already set in the contract!
That would be December 15th which coincides with the first quarter of 2026, you would be off payroll by the end of March 2026!
Lol
11/19 mnotification off payroll 12/10
Yes.
From a credible source.
First Round - Notification on 11/21 and exit on 12/5
Second Round - Notification on 12/5 and exit on 12/19
Nothing planned for January 2026, yet 😁👌
Rumor is 11/21. It’s a holiday tradition at this point.
I hope so. I want my VSB!
@aa its real
"People have been quoting an 11/21 date, but unsure why and where that date came from."
People were correct about the previous date so I would not be surprised.
It wouldn’t be the holidays at AT&T without layoffs. You can thank the Grinch (Stankey) for that.

Not for NTECs in California
