Metrics, work flow, policies, changes, fear tactics. Nothing is adding up. I am starting to see this Industry in the same light as a consumer.

@a8 Suggest to your leadership that this would be a great time to take over the Medicaid State Fair Hearings from the individual health plans and/or compliance teams
Loooool I saw this industry in the same light as a consumer about 2 weeks in. Light bulb moment….so this is why insurance companies are garbage. No one knows what the are doing and there are 50 ways to do something here.
I work in legal and we have very little work. It is making me nervous.
