You write with a manure shovel. And you seem to enjoy talking about racism a lot but you do enjoy in racist attacks.
Your rambling disjointed mess fails to make points on anything except to demonstrate your low intellect.
Stick to what you do best- sp-t shining shoes. Only there, are you convincing at what you do.

Most Americans know almost zero about US visas. Why should they? They’ve never had to apply for one. As a result they have no idea how they work or how they have been an engine for growth over the US economy for decades. Most countries try to attract legal immigration for that reason. The ones that don’t are largely in decline. Someone on an H-1B is going to pay a lot of taxes and social security, qualify for no benefits, can’t vote, and will be thrown out if they commit any kind of crime.

The US is forced to import so many foreign doctors (on H-1B) because the US limits the number of doctors who can be trained domestically BY LAW. https://www.aha.org/medical-educationteaching-hospitals/physician-leaders/medical-education You want to have even more expensive, hard to access healthcare?

HA HA

The TACO has already backed off - from annual to ONE TIME and that too for new entrants. RENEWALS are exempt and there is an exit ramp for National Interest. The data shows the exemption will be given to Mega Tech which consumes more than 50% of the H1Bs.

The Indian firms have been preparing for this for decades. They have built up off-shore facilities and the cost of sponsorship will be with the American firm. This implies that the jobs will ship to India than created here

The unfortunate victim is the RURAL hospitals which serves Trumps big base. More than 8000 H1Bs are provided to doctors in this county hospitals. The doctors get 55k to 75k and they are going to be halted .. Not the IT techie. The mega tech firms can setup operations anywhere where bits and bytes can travel - Not the doctors, nurses to take care of MAGA's old grandma and grandpa

This what WH think tank is all about. The health care industry cannot afford to pay up 100k for a job that pays 75k. And the rural folks have to resort to voodoo. They cannot do medical tourism.

This is not meant for this forum but the racist crowd here think as if this solves their lack-of-skill problem. Data says otherwise

Will Robin (British), Dermott (Irish) and Alejandro (Venezuelan) pay a hundred grand out of their own pockets, or will BNY pay for them?

@ex and all your dad Biden did was nap in the media. He plays a major role in all of us being sc--wed right now and having to live paycheck to paycheck while foreigners try to take what little we have. And the courts can try to block him but they havent been very successful. Move along with your democrat bs

@a8 Trump can say anything in the media but they all will be thrown out by the courts even by in his henchmen in SC. They also have a legacy - they do not want to be called as a puppet in the history books. That is how they are looking right now. Lifelong work and honor being trashed thanks to Trump induced fear.

All these are to be in the news ALL the time. Trump loves the limelight. He is a TV personality.

@a6

It has been clarified that it is one time free for NEW H1Bs. BNY does not do H1B and mostly they take the L1 or L2 path. There are few H1Bs and everyone knows the pathway to GreenCard through H1B is decades long. Everyone tries to come over the L-2 route or O-1.

The worst is yet to happen. There is no penalty, none will be there, when the jobs move to Pune. This just accelerates that as there will be no more Wipro or Infosys or TCS to fill the slots here - so an easy decision to hire in India or Poland.

Dream on if you believe that the firm is going to hire new talent from college and train them.

Sanjay will keep taking jobs. This would only dissuade people from coming to the US to fill the role.

This admin finally makes a good decision…. Now target offshoring

Trump and his team know about the tactics that third rate carnival barkers like Robin use. What is coming is reporting by agencies that do business with the government on any roles
Offshored or roles created but not filled by Americans. You can guess what the administration will seek to do after that. Problem is, it needs to clear all the federal hoops and not be usurped in congress or elsewhere. We are heading in the right direction with this much to RV’s dislike and those aligned with him.

@a7 US corporations won't move those jobs offshore due to all the geopolitical issues. Trump has the power of the pen to change things overnight. Therefore, they will not want all that "uncertainty" and will NOT take risk by offshoring jobs. Can you imagine Trump say, $1M penalty for any corporation offshoring US jobs? Jobs will stay in USA if they don't want to deal with changing Trump policies.

Don't be naive, this is just going to accelerate off shoring to pune and Chennai. If us based employees with a descent internet connection can work from home, they can definitely work in india directly on US hours.

@OP
Following an executive order signed by President Donald Trump on September 19, 2025, a new $100,000 annual fee for H-1B visa applications will take effect on Sunday, September 21, 2025.
Annual and recurring: The fee must be paid each year for up to six years for each H-1B worker. It applies to both new visas and renewals.

What is that going to do? They don't need a h1b to move your job to India.
