What are the field structure changes I’m hearing about?

And they are hearing today. Yep...it's begun.
@b7 DM and HCS should hear Wednesday. All decisions are supposed to be made by end of this week. Hopefully the new field structure will be clear by Monday.
@OP Wednesday or Thursday will the HCS/DM hear?
What about the HCS role?
@ag Seems that there will no longer be regions and everything will be converted to 40 markets.
Sounds like DPR role was eliminated. Some of them will be elevated to Market VP, and rest let go.
Any impact to # of regions?
@a7 Director of Pharmacy and Retail Operations. They are the District Manager's boss. (If you don't know this, these changes probably won't effect you)

RVPs and DPRs learned their fate already. DMs should get communication in the next 24 hours and then a formal communication across the company by the end of the week.
