Has anyone heard anything about finally moving back to hybrid? Surely they've made enough people quit by now...

@cf liar, show me data
“Metrics are showing higher productivity with RTO now implemented“
There ARE no metrics.
And you know this.
Our local office recently finished its renovations
Our office is trying to figure out how to create double-decker cubes and bathrooms to cram even more people in. Older people will get the lower levels as they are used to getting sh*t on and they want them to leave anyway.
They still don't seem to care about parking. Apparently they are counting on people driving their cars on top of others in the same way and that'll be "their problem".
I want a background check done on the people who get aro--ed by RTO. They clearly need their victims close.
@cf This isn’t true at all. Every independent study has shown higher productivity with a hybrid model. Unfortunately Black Rock gave us money, so we have to help them get real estate prices higher again.
Metrics are showing higher productivity with RTO now implemented. This isn't really that surprising.
It is still RTO as it should be. Stop dreaming on the job.
Yes, I am sure, (knowing Stankey as we do)....that out of concern for employee wellbeing and morale, a full admission confirming that the 5 x 5 RTO policy was flawed, and is not resulting in the desired outcomes is forthcoming.
Probably any minute now. Pretty sure anyway.
Our local office recently finished its renovations, so we are going up to 5 days in office this year.
Yes, NPC&E has now returned to hybrid. 3 in office 2 from home.
Still have about 30k more plebes to go.
Back to work maggots
No. Fantastic insight, but I'm going to keep racking up paychecks for now, while expending minimal effort.
Thanks anyway!
Yes. Moving to 3 days 1/1/26. Legg Org.
Yes
If you really don't want to work, just quit.
No.
