Please only apply if you love layoffs every two quarters, talked to like a child, watched after like a child.

@a9 By that logic, it means OT hires unqualified subpar people every time. Thank you for demoralizing us further, I guess

The openings are for the backfills, but in Canada and COE's only. Openings in the U.S. are mostly for sales positions.

@ek just not true. New people are starting in Ireland every week

We are not hiring.

I lost a few team members very recently (they left for better opportunities), but the backfills for their roles have been rejected as we’re in a hiring freeze.

Not really sure why people keep suggesting we’re hiring and returning to growth, when nothing has changed internally and we continue to bleed.

This is a true news hat we are hiring and returning to growth.

The head office is absolutely chaos today, we have got a massive queue of people outside of customers paying in straight cash. Its so crazy we had to hire like 500 finance guys immediately just to count it all. Thats 500% bonus is just basically locked in.
Watch it Google and Nvidia, we are lending to you next!

@ag exactly and they aren't during HR as they have lots of openings

They are fake/zombie/not real openings. If OT didn't have any openings they could fire recruiting and parts of HR.

It’s frustrating to watch HR here celebrate themselves while ignoring what’s actually happening. Many of us can clearly see the pattern—questionable HR practices, strong employees being let go, people quietly pushed out before bonuses to avoid scrutiny, and a lack of clear direction from leadership. Anyone still at this company should seriously consider their options and plan an exit sooner rather than later.

@a6 they didn't have the skills. We got rid of the deadwood and hiring new guys for our future growth

@OP, if we have so many openings, why couldn't the people who recently got laid off fill those roles?

Wow, didn't know we had that many openings

A certain sign we are growing
