Apparently some new AI tools spooked the market, because it threatens to automate legal and financial workflows that certain software products specialize in, so they all dropped as a result.
The plus side is the market seems to have forgotten about it already and rallied 2% today, so there's that.

Amazon down 13% this week because the market was so thrilled about them shoveling $200 billion into the hallucination furnace. Nice to see reality start to sneak its way in to this craziness.
@a4 And you cling to your job at WF, because you know so much about making money in the stock market? Pretty much all media outlets cited this as the catalyst. Obviously it's not the only thing, and investors are getting pretty wary of AI at this point, so it didn't take much.
