I cannot believe the words coming out from these so called leaders mouth. I guess as long as they can travel the world and enjoy in company’s cost - they don’t care. It will be another company that goes to ground.

I asked Copilot and he is what it thinks: Because those town halls are designed more as corporate messaging and morale management than honest dialogue. Leadership is incentivized to project stability, optimism, and a clean growth story for investors, not to dwell on uncomfortable realities like stagnant pay, layoffs, or offshoring. Acknowledging those issues publicly would invite accountability they’re not prepared to offer, so they lean on buzzwords like “AI,” “transformation,” and “future opportunity” to reframe cost-cutting as innovation—while the people actually feeling the impact are left unheard.

I seriously hate when they laugh “I travel all over”. I haven’t had a fu--ing vacation in years because I’m not paid enough and have to use all my PTO because of my serious medical condition but they keep lowering all our benefits and 401k and bonuses.
