With Pune announcing they will stop working at 11pm their time around 12:30pm EST,
NYC teams are scrambling as the teams do NOT have appropriate staffing to perform the job or experience due to all the layoffs over the past years.

so does this mean the india mainframe support teams won’t support the friday migrations that start at 1900 est ? that is a fixed time (for GSP anyway)
@fs my India colleagues don't start until an hour before US start of day and all done by 12 or 12:30 PM for grand total 5.5 hours of working mistakes and excuses.
I don't think anyone wants to work past midnight
@c2 the nyc subway is fine. I am a 30 yrs old women and I’ve been taking it since I was like 13. As long as you don’t are aware of your surroundings your fine
Who gives a sh-t! They cant do the damn work anyway and keep making messes. This is karma for bnys bs with sc--wing over americans. People here deal with same sh-t and they dont get private cars or even a thought about safety

@bd+1keyc8ngj Maybe someone in Pune can reply to this…. I thought someone from my team said women on the team get a taxi all the way home whereas the men get a taxi ride to the train but once it stops running they get a ride all the way home.
@a9 agree with you, here the NYC subway is more dangerous after dark especially for women. That's why i leave at lunchtime per
Let’s be kind. You have women working late at night that rely on this transportation home. Imagine your daughters or wives working until 11pm and the using a public transportation to get home SAFELY!

Probably the only "private cars" available there for hire at that time of night are homemade tuk tuks, constructed out of rusty 55 gallon drums cut in half lengthwise, a modified weed eater motor, and wobbly old skateboard trucks for wheels.
Don't forget the festively affixed plastic parasol for a roof!

American business people: Pivot, get back on track, hire only within the USA, and never make this mistake again!
Most them go into the office once a week ,think it has to with government claiming US companies taking advantage of them
