Don't worry our new Indian IT team is on it...should be fixed within 3 months.
What @a3 said is the right way to look at it though, immediately calling a technology issue a "hack" is REALLY jumping to conclusions without having any of the context of the issue as a whole

They replaced the infrastructure engineers with Microsoft Copilot
