It’s been over six months since Bridget came on board, so a major reshuffle in her leadership team seems inevitable at some point. I’m honestly surprised there haven’t been any changes yet. Who do you think is likely to raise or move on when it happens?

She is at WF for a year already… my guess, she would show us her “smartness” very-very soon
You guys doing Greenfield yet?
I was not impressed with BE. Just more of "we did it this way where I came from, and so we need to implement it here" type BS. And guess what, its all about recreating what you did at another bank if we don't have it here. Not new, not ground breaking, no. Just rehashed tech that looks new at WF but is just trying to keep up with the joneses. Never fear however, they'll still get great bonuses for their improvements.....
@a3 OS will be a cluster f**k just like many things we do. DC migration will end up being a rush and ugly next year.
From other things I've gotten wind of, BE seems more like a bean counter and less like a technologist. I understand managing costs but thinking you can just exit certain technologies at contract time is naive.
@a2 Just like to many do. Make their big $$$ and move on.
@a2 - Massive detrimental changes (OpenShift), that will be changed when her replacement is onboarded. From PCF to the OpenShift sh!tshow must go on!
She'll make massive changes, then quit a year later.
