Any idea on applying for oracle open positions after yesterday's layoff? Will they consider?
I got effected yesterday and planning to apply for Oracle open positions along with outside jobs.

For OCI, requires SVP approval. not gonna happen
@ad I wonder if those who were rif'ed have a "do not rehire" flag in their file. I know of other companies that did that.

I thought about it for a minute, and it was a pretty fast minute. After benig treated like this, I wouldn't give Oracle the time of day.
Every time I apply for a job on the Oracle website it kicks me out with some kind of weird error. I don't think they want us coming back
