Have a friend and former coworker that works in HR and was just assigned to a new project - from everything they've heard, Managers will begin receiving Inconsistently Meets (or worse) ratings if survey scores are down. Thy're trying to see where the boundary line should be, but its going to start close to small team leads and upward to Director. This incudes participation numbers AND overall engagement scores. Good news is that trending #s from prior surveys will be considered however i doubt that is going to help considering how messed up everything is around here!!!
Chainsaw cometh. we've been warned

Name one thing that has improved based on survey results.
The Who exercise is big nothing-burger design to make the minions feel like they matter.
Don’t respond to the surveys. The ONLy thing that they care about is participation rates. You are not happy? Ignore the survey!
Last year the team leader basically begged people to do the survey. This was a leader who never bothered to engage the team on anything (no all hands, no communications ever). We got 3 emails in 2 days from them. It rubbed me the wrong way and I had nothing positive to say so did not do the survey (as I do not believe they are anonymous). I bet having a low participation rate is why they were so pushy.
"please give me a five-star rating"
... just have Copilot fill out the survey for you. Artificial intelligence rating artficial managers.
Not true! They will get promoted! The survey is not anonymous. Last year I wrote “toxic environment” and I slammed my manager and I was contacted by HR to explain… HR told me that the surveys are not anonymous.
Guess which one of us is laid off and which one got promoted??
Survey is not anonymous, folks.
@a1 The wardens performance is not based on whether they like him or not, so the inmates dont get a say.
Managers who cant drive efficiency and growth will be the ones to get an IM.
This post is fake news.
I can tell you Derek Flowers wont get an IM, and he is the culture carrier for all of risk. He sets the tone. The MDs are just marching to it.
So, i call BS.
I really wish I could type in a lot about previous manager in the survey. He is toxic. Such a bad apple.
@a1 "Truly only 50% I've had since 2018 have been above average"
Uh, isn't that a statistical certainty?
There are magats here d-mb enough to believe this
This seems like a great way to ensure the survey results do not provide any actual useful data (I mean, more than they already don't).
Doubt it
Ahahaha. If true
Good!! The managers who are not good at managing should be held accountable for being cr-ppy managers!
Thinking of many I've had over the recent years that have been less than stellar. Truly only 50% I've had since 2018 have been above average, and maybe that's stretching it. I can think of 1 or 2 that I've actually been happy to report to.
