All US mgmt is under a VP in IDC. Guess where they will fire and hire. All remaining US resources is a target.
Any IC that exists in US is also a transplant directly from IDC to US.
The company need to get delisted from Nasdaq as there are no more employees who are US born.
H1B's should be utilized as intended. Specialized talent that companies cannot get elsewhere.
In my experience, it is a mixed bag, weighing towards the negative. There are plenty of American talent that perform at a higher bar. And are likely cheaper without the $100k penalty.
