@jn lol some people actually like it here and the jobs they do.
It doesn’t mean there are not opportunities, however, giving feedback allows you to close those gaps
That’s a truly ridiculous response… we should legitimately be working together to tank that effing NPS score with every opportunity we have. Will they listen? Maybe not. It doesn’t mean they shouldn’t hear how badly they’ve impacted morale; especially because they’ve once again cherry picked who was asked. Not everyone got it. For that one question they always ask - would you recommend us as an employer? Give them the lowest score every time.
Good leaders review with their orgs and tie action plans to top opportunities.
Do it and just say how happy you are ans how loyal you are to the company.
