More than just using your own devices - don't use company guest network / wifi. Some tracing can be done through guest wifi as well
@OP As long as you’re not reading it on a company device you’re fine.
They can see anything you do on a company computer or phone.

i doubt anyone will do anything about it, but to be safe, just use your own gear.
