Have a lot of people been applying for jobs or just waiting to see what happens first?

Gonna start applying for jobs starting tomorrow. During work hours.
you MUST start applying for jobs immediately. current job market is a disaster, one of the worst times to be looking for a job in living memory.
I had two interviews last week & am still looking. I'm new & don't qualify for the VSP, but I'm not going to be blindsided either. I have bills to pay.
I’m taking the VSP. Making it a point to apply for jobs DAILY. It’s a rough job market, I don’t think it’s gonna be easy or quick finding a job even with my 8 month runway!

@OP I’m definitely applying. Had my first interview this week. Should hear something back early next week. Still unsure if I’ll take the VSP but being proactive in my job search until then. Good luck to you!
