@OP There are really no guarantees. My understanding is we're in for multiple waves of changes. A couple of years ago in PI that meant multiple rounds of layoffs.

My guess: they will see how many people quit after the full time RTO and then acquire additional real estate only if absolutely necessary

Wouldn’t they need more than one round to get rid of enough people to have spaces in the office for RTO. They’re overestimating how many people will leave on their own, this job market is forcing people to stay regardless of whether they’re ok with RTO or not
