Ok some of you guys need to just chill… I worked with Glint folks before, just be honest in the survey, there won’t be back fires. There’s NDA behind it so it’s safe to say anything.

I don't know. I complained about gazillion passwords and MFA to get any work done in Oracle, and they rolled out Oracle Unified Login which mostly solved it.

It’s an automated exit interview.

@aj,

The surveys are 'anonymous' ...

Nope. Just look at the link to the survey. Each one has a unique ID.

@ag Most people are aware that it isn't anonymous. Most who reply say that everything is hunky dory and that they love their overlords.

Probably controversial:

If you want to have a long, successful career and be promoted, the best thing you can do is make your manager look good. Make your director look good. Make your VP look good. At Oracle, or anywhere else.

The surveys are 'anonymous' but I leave information that is easily identifiable in the comments to ensure my leadership knows its me leaving positive comments (lies).

If everyone on your team leaves a bad survey about your manager, your manager likely gets placed a PIP. They then get pressured by their manager, lash out, and make your life he-l.

If everyone on your team leaves a great survey, your manager is more likely to get additional headcount (less work for you). Or maybe even be promoted (opens up more opportunity for you).

Don't hate the player, hate the game.

@OP,
Just be aware your responses are tied to your employee ID, and 100% tracked. The claim these surveys are "anonymous" is BS.

It's random. But the key is to be honest. If something is sh1t then say so.
This is the chance to let the management know how much the layoffs have irked everyone.

BTW - "the management" who are saying nothing about the layoffs, either internally or externally. You know, those knobs (Mike, Clay etc you know who you are), who seem to think they got away with it.

They haven't even got the ba--s to apologize to those that remain.

Time to survey the damage.

They couldn't care less about employee feelings.

It's time for them to take the temperature. It's a series of data points that they will use to steer the company towards more cuts.
